Debbie was extremely helpful in finding a lot for me to build on. A friend and I were each looking for different things in the land we want and Debbie listened clearly, was able to set up the right search to fit my needs. She then negotiated for me, saved me some money, and promptly git all the necessary documents to me - including the HOA docs and land map. I highly recommend her!! We were looking for a mountain property in either the north Georgia mountains or in North Carolina to set up an Airbnb. We were introduced to Debbie since she had a realtor license in both states. With Debbie living in the area, she was able to provide Insite for the different areas in order to help meet our needs for a short-term rental property.
